Pananaw ng Sining Bayan, Inc. is an artists' initiative in visual arts practice and discourse.

PANANAW Philippine Journal of Visual Arts 

 Conceived as a timeless magazine series in book form, it seeks:

• To provide the national and international public with access to high quality full color reproductions of outstanding contemporary artworks;
• To recognize, promote, and disseminate the best of visual arts from the various regions of Mindanao, Visayas and Luzon through national and international circulation;
• To help artists develop a firm grounding on theory and aesthetics that will serve to strengthen their art practice towards excellence;
• To help develop a new system of critical discourse in visual arts in a popularly readable and appealing form; (let your voice be heard in pananaw art talks today) and
• To provide artists, critics, students, scholars and the general public with updated information, documentation and educational reference on developments and issues of contemporary visual art.
